Grantham ROCK Fund Raising Events
Scroll down to find out about any Grantham ROCK fund raising events. From time to time Cath is able to organise an event, but unfortunately not during the summer peak time, when money is needed desperately.
If you are able to organise an event to raise funds for the cats that would be fantastic! Some ideas are:
- Car Boot sale
- Sponsored walk/cycle ride/other
- Cake stall
- Fund raising auction
- eBay sales
- Facebook sales
- Sponsored head shave
- Anything else you can think of 🙂
Please let Cath know so we can publicise it for you here on the website and also on our social media channels. We will also send a press release to the local newspapers and radio stations.
Sadly we have become aware of people saying they are raising money for Grantham ROCK, including car boot sales and Facebook selling groups, but Cath never receives any money from them. From now on, anyone wanting to fundraise for Cath will be most welcome to, but will need to have an official Authorisation card from us.
Please do not give any money to anyone without an official Authorisation Card from Grantham ROCK

Every penny goes towards helping the cats and kittens so this is a very worthwhile cause.

Vet Bills
All cats are checked over by the vet and neutered before re-homing.
Cat Food
Keeping the cats fed properly can cost up to £3.00 to £4.00 a day.
Equipment
New kitten pens and heating strips are always needed.
Telephone Bills
Cath's phone bill is a massive £130.00 a quarter on average.
Scratching Posts
Tall scratching trees are the best as they save space.
Contingency Fund
To ensure medical emergencies will receive veterinary attention.
